Why Use A Highlighter?

Updated: Feb 13, 2020

A Farmasi review -

Okay ladies, I'm really not trying to be a downer here but, facts are facts and with each year, time steps in and plays hell with our complexions. Cheekbones are starting to sink in, those circles and / or bags under the eyes get darker and lower, and our skin begins to turn more yellowish or pale brown.

Even with that being said, is it so bad to still wish for that youthful glow from our earlier years? Okay, maybe not the full face of acne that some of us had to endure but, you get the idea. That my dears, is where having a great highlighter comes in handy.  If you don't have it, you can always make it I say!

A terrific highlighter not only perks your complexion up and helps "hide away" that aging skin but, it can also help bring out the features you love most. "A Highlighter catches the light, adds dimension to your complexion and provides an overall glow to the skin." Celebrity makeup artist Dana Delaney says that it should be used as a means to play up certain features and provide dull skin with a gorgeous glow.

Now that you know all about this anti-aging essential, it's time to try it out for yourself and experience the magic that only a great highlighter can provide.  In need of an amazing highlighter?  This blogger swears by Farmasi's Make Up Glow & Highlight Stick - Rose Flash and the Terracotta Highlighting Powder

While there are some great high dollar highlighters out there, some made by some pretty famous names, I prefer to stretch my dollar a bit and go with Farmasi for most of my products and so far I've not been disappointed.

Farmasi has impressed me so much with not only the quality but, I feel so much better knowing that what I'm putting on my face has had to meet the higher European standards instead of just those here in the US.  That means you can say goodbye to over 1300 toxic products that the USA still allows in products.

So “how much does the skin absorb?” cannot possibly be quantified in a single, universal percentage as is often quoted from some unknown source throughout the internet  it depends on a significant number of complex, situationally-contingent variables but really, is any amount safe?  I'm not willing to take that risk and prefer to do my best to eliminate as much as possible.

Only you can decide what is best for you and yours but, if you're looking along the lines of cosmetics, hair products, skincare, foot care and baby products, I highly recommend Farmasi.  I love it so much that I recently became a beauty influencer for the company.  You can learn more about Farmasi here.  Wanting to become a beauty influencer yourself?  I currently have an opening for a self motivated person.  Contact me for further information or you can learn more here.
